Monthly CRMIC Dues:

• Initial Dues: $50.00 plus $29.99 fee to join the national organization of BetterInvesting

• Thereafter, Monthly Dues: Minimum is $30 for every partner. Each partner may invest more each month in increments of $10.00 to a maximum of $50.00. No one partner may own more than 20% of the Club’s net worth.

• Checks are the only acceptable form of payment.

• Make checks payable to T.D. Ameritrade with the T. D. Ameritrade account # _____________ noted on the check’s memo line.

• Late Fee: Any partner not paying dues to the Treasurer within five (5) business days after the meeting date shall pay a $5 late fee. This money will go into the general fund.

• Delinquent Payment of Dues: If a partner is delinquent in paying dues for three (3) consecutive months, he/she shall be subject to have his/her units liquidated by a 2/3rds vote of the partners attending any meeting.

Attendance:

• Partners are expected to attend all CRMIC meetings.

• Notify the President if you are unable to attend a meeting in order to be excused.

• If there is no notification, then the partner will be absent from the meeting (unexcused absence).

· If a partner misses four (4) consecutive meetings, or has more than three (3) unexcused absences in a calendar year, he/she shall be subject to have his/her units liquidated by a 2/3rds vote of the partners attending any meeting.

• Proxy - If a partner is unable to attend a meeting, he/she may submit a written proxy to another partner prior to the meeting (allowable via e-mail). A partner may cast no more than two proxy votes on any proposal.
